Cold Weather Coming!
Well, I walked outside earlier today and burrr, it has gotten pretty cold. The wind was coming from the north west at first, but now it is coming from the north, so it is cooling down pretty fast. We also got some rain last night, not sure if it will rain again tonight. It is already pretty dark here, so there is probably a good chance it will rain again. Lady looks about the same, I will be watching her pretty carefully tonight, with this big weather change coming on. She will have her normal check this evening, and if anything is new, I will update you! When I don't update you, that is usually because nothing new is going on, just to let you know. Not really sure how much longer she can hold out, her belly is just huge. Come on Lady Bug. Taylor

My goodness! I thought Lady would surely foal by now. I can imagine your anquish as I have been watching as much as I can. I find myself waking up and having to turn your site on and checking in during the day at work...She sure is holding onto this one..
Isn't she though! I am so perplexed but then again, mares will be mares... lol The vet was out here (in the area) and said if we wanted he would stop by and make sure the baby was positioned right, etc. So he is going to come and just check her out. When you have so much invested in these horses, I say when in doubt, call the vet! LOL
