Foal
Hey everyone! Baby and mom seem great. Abby is protective, and is still a little nervous with a group of people in the barn, but she is a maiden mare, and she only delivered a few hours ago! She is such a sweet foal. We are thinking of names, not sure if we will stick with the "disney" themed names, or just name them according to there personality! Thanks! Taylor
Oh, and please tell us (blog it, lol) Abby's foal has gone to the bathroom, please make sure before you blog it! Just want to make sure everything is ok! I have been gone all day, and still am not sure if she has gone to the bathroom! Thanks.

Congrats! I was watching most of the morning, but she only ran and played. She is so precious. Looking forward to more pics.
Thanks! Yep, she just went to the bathroom (poop), lol. We gave her a enema, and she just thought we were petting her, lol. She is a great little girl!

A friend gave me the web address two days before Abby was due to foal. I have watched religiously and was so glad to have caught the birth live last night.
I think her color right now is wonderful. Wish she would stay that way.
I thought of a name, maybe, how about ~ Sugared Spice. Ckat
Hey-- Glad you have enjoyed the cam! We have Lady due this month too! I know, it would be lovely if her color stayed this way. Never know, maybe it will! Her eyes are a dark blue/grey right now too, they are beautiful.
I came up with one more name for now. How about ~ Sweet Yellow Sis
awww thats sweet! right now i am thinkig of short barn names, she is so special, i want her to have a perfect name! lol. Thats why it is taking me so long to name her!
