Missy

Missy has begin to show signs she is near foaling. She has had wax on her teats the last 2 days. It could be anyday. Her due date is January 4th but my guess is she will not make it until then. But I have been wrong so many times that no one should listen to me. Nature seems to have her own course and this is Missy's first foal so feel free to make your own guess of when the baby will be born. I say Sunday night.

Missy's update

Missy is progressing well. Her bag is building and she is getting bigger everyday. She seems to be making normal progress towards her due date of January 4th. I'll keep everyone posted as we get closer to the 4th. I appreciate everyones e-mails that you are watching. Feel free to post comments on these updates.

Today's news

We will ready the foaling stall today. The web cam is back up and running. Missy will be first up as her due date is 1/04/2005. She is bred to AQHA World Champion CK Kid. CK Kid is owned by Terry Bradshaw and he stands at Chip Knost Quarter Horses. This should be an excellent cross. Missy is a 16 Hand big boned mare and she has no Impressive breeding in her pedigree. We look forward to the resulting foal and of course we hope it has spots!! Enjoy the web cam. Either myself or my daughter Taylor will make periodic updates to whats going on.
